Breakthrough

How it works

You choose the campaign. We do the rest of it.

No agency onboarding, no six-week discovery, no platform to learn. Three steps, three guarantees, and a spreadsheet with eight columns in it.

  1. Step 1. Pick a campaign or book a VIP call

Every off-the-shelf campaign has its price on the page — choose one and order it today. If you would rather have something invented for your market, start a VIP enquiry instead and we will design it with you.

No membership. No application. Public prices. Order today.

  2. Step 2. Set the message, and send us your list

Every campaign comes with a note already written and proven, out of the box. Send it exactly as it is, or edit it on the product page — change every word if you want to — and see it as the handwritten card while you type. Then, on the confirmation page after checkout, drop your list in as a CSV.

We confirm the person and the delivery address on every campaign, included. Not confident in your list? Tick verified address research while you order.

  3. Step 3. We source, handwrite, pack and post — all of it

This is the part you do not touch. We buy the object, personalise it, write your note onto the card in real ink, pack it so it survives the post and send it tracked. You get the dispatch confirmation and the expected landing dates, so your call or email can arrive the same morning.

Tracked as standard, with a free resend if anything fails to deliver.

Who follows up?

You do. We hand you the proof and the words.

The follow-up belongs to you by default, and that is a decision rather than a gap: the relationship being built is yours, and the person on the other end should hear from the company they are about to buy from.

So we make it a five-minute job. The day a parcel is delivered, you get an email from us telling you it landed — with the proof of delivery, the tracking record, and a follow-up script written around the object now on their desk, timed across day 1, day 3 and day 7. Nothing about the next move is left for you to invent.

VIP · we run it instead

Would rather not make the calls at all? On VIP we run the follow-up for you — the calls, the messages and the chasing, in your name, until you have a reply or a firm no. It is part of the VIP retainer, not an extra line on the invoice.

See what VIP covers

The “it landed” email

  • It landed

The delivery confirmation, the moment tracking says it arrived — with the courier’s proof of delivery, photo or signature, whichever they captured.

  • The tracking record

The full trail for that parcel, so you can say what arrived, where, and when, without hunting for a reference number.

  • A script built around the object

Not a template. The words reference the thing now sitting on their desk — a call version, a LinkedIn version and an email version.

  • The timing, decided for you

Day 1 the call, day 3 the LinkedIn message, day 7 the email. Three touches, each one shorter than the last.

The guarantees

Three promises, printed on every page.

They sit at the bottom of this site because they are the bits nobody else in this market will put in writing.

free resend on failed delivery

Free resend if it does not arrive

Offices move, people leave, receptions refuse parcels. If tracking says it did not get there, we make another one and send it again at our cost. There is no claim form and no argument about whose fault it was.

dispatch SLA: posted within 5 working days of receiving your list & copy

A dispatch SLA you can plan around

The clock starts when we have both your list and your copy, not when you order. Inside those five working days we source, make, write, pack and post. If a campaign needs longer — a bespoke engraving run, say — we tell you the date before you pay, not after.

tracked postage included

Tracked postage in the price

Every price on this site includes tracked postage and a written message. Tracking is not an upsell, and it is the reason we can tell you the day something lands so you can time your follow-up.

What we need from you

One spreadsheet and one message.

Save your list as a CSV with the column headings on the right — spelled exactly like that, in the first row. Five of them are required; the rest just help us do a better job.

If a column is missing when you upload, we tell you exactly which one rather than failing silently. Do not fancy the spreadsheet at all? Email the list over and we will format it for you.

Download the CSV template

Column headings

  • namerequiredThe individual. Not “Procurement Team”.
  • companyrequiredThe trading name, as they use it.
  • address_line_1requiredBuilding and street.
  • town_cityrequiredTown or city.
  • postcoderequiredFull UK postcode.
  • job_titleoptionalHelps us pitch the note correctly.
  • address_line_2optionalUnit, floor or estate.
  • countyoptionalWhere it helps the postman.

Address checking

Checking they still work there is the job, not an extra.

We used to sell address research as a separate £8-a-head product. We do not any more. Confirming the person and the address before we post is now part of every campaign, at no extra charge — because a parcel sent to somebody who left in June is not a saving. What is still worth paying for is the deeper work, and that is now a tick-box on the campaign you are ordering rather than a second purchase.

Included · every campaign

We confirm the person and the address

  • That the person you have named is the person we are writing to.
  • That the delivery address you have given us is a real, deliverable address for them.
  • Anything that looks wrong comes back to you before we post, not after.

£0. It is in the price of every campaign in the shop, and it is not something you have to ask for.

Optional extra · £8 per prospect

Verified address research

  • LinkedIn confirmation that they still hold the role you are writing to.
  • A Companies House cross-check against the trading address, and the company’s own site.
  • A written confidence note on every name, so you know how sure we are.
  • A flag where we would recommend posting to a different site altogether.

Tick it while you order a campaign — the box sits under “who is getting them?” and adds £8 per prospect to the total in front of you. It arrives at checkout as its own line, so you can see exactly what you agreed to.

Questions

The things people ask before they order.

How quickly does it go out?

Posted within 5 working days of receiving your list and copy. Most orders go sooner. Anything that needs bespoke sourcing gets a firm date from us in writing before you pay.

What happens if it does not get delivered?

We make another one and post it again, free. If the address turns out to be wrong we will research the right one for you before the resend, so you are not paying twice to make the same mistake.

What if they have left the company?

This is the one the free check exists to catch: before anything is posted we confirm the person is still there, and a leaver found at that stage costs you nothing — we hold the parcel and come back to you for a replacement name. Said plainly, though: if somebody leaves after we have posted, the parcel still arrives, so the delivery guarantee above does not apply — it did get delivered, just to a desk that changed hands. Tell us and we will research the right person for you free of charge, so the only thing you are buying twice is the object itself. If your list is more than a few months old, the £8 verified address research is worth it precisely here — it is a LinkedIn confirmation that they still hold the role on the day we post.

What each check covers
Do the prices include VAT?

Prices are exactly what you pay. Breakthrough is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout — and there is no membership fee, no set-up fee and no per-campaign platform charge stacked on top.

Is there a minimum order?

Most campaigns have none — you can send one coconut to one person. The 3-Touch Sequence starts at 5 prospects and verified address research starts at 10, because both only make sense at a small batch size.

Who writes the message?

You can write it and we will post it exactly as given. Or send us a rough version and we will tighten it — that is included, not an extra. On VIP we write every note from scratch, per person.

Do you check the addresses I send you?

Yes, on every campaign, at no extra charge. Before anything is posted we confirm the person and the delivery address — posting a parcel to somebody who left in June is not a saving. If you want the deeper check as well, tick verified address research while you order: £8 per prospect for LinkedIn confirmation that they still hold the role, a Companies House cross-check against the trading address, and a written confidence note on every name.

What each check covers
What if I do not have a list?

Send us the names and companies and tick verified address research while you order. At £8 per prospect we find the human, confirm on LinkedIn that they still hold the job, cross-check the trading address against Companies House and the company’s own site, and hand back the deliverable address with a confidence note on each one — flagged where we would post to a different site.

What each check covers
How should I follow up after it lands?

You will not have to invent it. On the day a parcel is delivered we email you the proof it landed and a follow-up script written around the object now sitting on their desk — a call version, a LinkedIn version and an email version, timed for day 1, day 3 and day 7. You make the calls and send the messages; that is deliberate, because the relationship is yours. On VIP we make the follow-up for you.

Do you send outside the UK?

The public shop is UK-only for now, so postage, timings and the resend guarantee all hold. International sends are possible on VIP — ask, and we will quote it honestly.

Can I see one before I commit?

Yes — order a single send and put your own address in the list. Most campaigns have no minimum, so a sample costs you exactly one unit and you get to hold the thing before you commit to fifty of them.

How do I know it is worth the money?

Honestly? Do the arithmetic yourself rather than take our word for it. We have built a calculator that uses the real catalogue prices and your own assumptions about reply rates and deal sizes, and it shows you the break-even — how much of one deal a campaign has to produce before it has paid for itself. We have deliberately not put a response rate on it, because we do not have enough campaigns behind us to publish one honestly.
