The Coconut — For your toughest nut to crack.

Campaign

The Coconut

For your toughest nut to crack.

A real coconut, their name inked straight onto the shell, nested in a kraft box so it survives the post and lands on the desk with a thud. The whole office asks what it is, and your handwritten card explains you've been trying to crack this one for a while. Nobody has ever thrown away a coconut without reading the card first.

Your campaign

We print exactly this — edit anything.

Here is the letter we would print and post with The Coconut, already written. Change a line or rewrite the lot — what you leave in the box is what comes off the printer, on one A5 sheet. Set the number of parcels in the order box and a row appears for each person.

How should it be made?

Same price either way. It is the same parcel and the same object — all that changes is how the words get onto the paper.

Your name as it should appear at the bottom of every letter. Leave it blank and we will ask you for it before anything is written.

Is finding the perfect [category] driving you NUTS?

Priya,

I was going to send you another email, but I'm sure you get a load of them every day, clogging up your inbox and making you want to launch your computer through the window. So I thought I'd try something different...

My name is [sender_name], I work for [sender_company]. [sender_reason]

You may tell me you found the perfect fit amongst your current set-up — if so, feel free to keep the coconut and launch it at my head next time you see me, for wasting your time.

But if that's not the case, and finding the perfect [category] is your toughest nut to crack... then take the time to learn from me why [proof_clients] bought us and never looked back.

You'd be cocoNUTS not to give me a quick call...

The signature block

Printed under the sign-off, and used to fill the gaps in the letter above. Anything you leave blank shows as [like this] on the proof — we never print a letter with a hole in it.

Make it a joke. The founder's was Chief Nutcracker, and it is half the charm.

Goes into the subject line. Their words, not your product name.

Name them. Real names beat 'three household names' every time — this is the line that earns the meeting.

Who is getting it?

Names and companies are optional here — they are what the merge fields swap in, so it is worth adding them if you have them. The postal addresses come from the list you upload straight after checkout.

    Showing on the letter

Gets the letter above, with their name and their company merged in.

Either way, we confirm the person and the delivery address before anything is posted. That part is included, and always will be.

What the price includes

  • Tracked postage

Every parcel goes tracked, and we tell you the day it lands so your call or email arrives the same morning.

  • A written message

Your note, handwritten in real ink on card. We will tighten the wording for you if you would like us to.

  • Free resend on failed delivery

If it does not get there, we make another one and send it again at our cost. No claim form, no argument.

  • Sourcing, making and packing

We buy the object, personalise it, pack it so it survives the post, and address it by hand.

  • Address checking, included

Before anything is posted we confirm the person and the delivery address. Checking that somebody still works where you think they do is the job, not an extra — so it is in the price, not on the bill.

After you order

  1. 01

You land on a confirmation page and upload your list as a CSV — or email it to us if that is easier.

  2. 02

We check the addresses, write back with any wording suggestions, and confirm your dispatch date.

  3. 03

Posted within 5 working days of receiving your list and copy, tracked, with the landing dates sent to you.
