The anchor piece
The Trophy
An award they never entered, and won't take off the desk.
A weighted metal-and-wood award, laser-engraved with their name and a category you invent for them, delivered in a lined presentation box with a printed citation card. It looks like something HR ordered, so it goes straight onto the desk and stays there, and every colleague who walks past asks what they won. This is the one you send to the six accounts that would change your year.
Your campaign
We handwrite exactly this — edit anything.
Here is the note we would send with The Trophy, already written. Change a word or rewrite the lot — what you leave in the box is what goes on the card, in real ink. Set the number of parcels in the order box and a row appears for each person.
332 / 500 characters
Click to drop a detail in at the cursor. We fill these in per person, one card at a time.
Your name as it should appear at the bottom of every card. Leave it blank and we will ask you for it before anything is written.
On the card — for recipient 1
Priya — you did not enter, there were no other nominees, and the judging panel was me. I still think you have earned it: what you have built at Sample Co is the reason I have been trying to reach you all quarter. Keep the award either way. If you fancy telling me how you did it, half an hour next week? — [sender_name]
Sample details shown until you type a name. Written in ink by hand, so the finished card will not be letter-perfect to this. That is rather the point.
Who is getting it?
1 parcel
Names and companies are optional here — they are what the merge fields swap in, so it is worth adding them if you have them. The postal addresses come from the list you upload straight after checkout.
1 of 1
Showing on the card
Gets the shared message above, with their name and their company merged in.
Either way, we confirm the person and the delivery address before anything is posted. That part is included, and always will be.
What the price includes
Tracked postage
Every parcel goes tracked, and we tell you the day it lands so your call or email arrives the same morning.
A written message
Your note, handwritten in real ink on card. We will tighten the wording for you if you would like us to.
Free resend on failed delivery
If it does not get there, we make another one and send it again at our cost. No claim form, no argument.
Sourcing, making and packing
We buy the object, personalise it, pack it so it survives the post, and address it by hand.
Address checking, included
Before anything is posted we confirm the person and the delivery address. Checking that somebody still works where you think they do is the job, not an extra — so it is in the price, not on the bill.
