About an order you have placed
Quote the reference on your receipt: it looks like BT-3F9A-2C71, and it is short on purpose so you can read it down a phone. Anything that has not been made yet can still be changed: the copy, the names, the quantity, or the whole order.
To cancel, or to ask for a refund
Nothing is sourced, handwritten or printed until your list arrives, so up to that point there is a full refund and no argument. The refund policy in full says exactly where that line sits and what happens on the other side of it.
Because legal or procurement needs paperwork
Ask and you get a signed data processing agreement at no charge, with no minimum order. You are the controller of the list you upload and we are your processor, so under Article 28 of the UK GDPR you are the one who needs that contract in place, not us.
To be told our address in writing
Section 1202(2) of the Companies Act 2006 gives anyone doing business with us the right to be given our name and an address for service immediately, in writing, on request. It is printed at the foot of every page here anyway, but ask and it comes back by return, in an email you can keep.
About your data, or somebody else's
A request to see, correct or delete data (yours or a prospect’s) goes to the same address and is handled directly, normally within a few days. Your rights, and how to use them.

Hard to Ignore is run alongside a full-time sales job, which is not a disclaimer: it is the reason the advice on this site is worth anything. In practice it means replies land early in the morning or in the evening rather than in the middle of a working afternoon, and it means nobody here is guessing at what a buying committee does with a parcel.
The parts that are time-critical are not left to inbox habits. The dispatch clock, the free resend and the delivery-day email are written commitments, and they hold whatever the diary looks like.
